Following Mrs Thorp’s retirement as a Teaching Assistant at Christmas, the Thorp family have given the school a bench with the words ‘May God hold you in the hollow of His hand’ inscribed on the seat. Mrs Thorp had been involved in the school for over thirty years. During the Easter holidays the bench has been placed on the field for everyone to enjoy.
