Screen Printing Workshop

We invited an Screen-Printing artist into school to work with each class over two days. The children learnt about the process, created a design and printed their image.

K’Nex Workshop

Thank you to STEMWorks and Mr Dorey for providing the children in Key Stage Two (Class 3 & 4) with an opportunity to experiment and problem-solve with K’Nex. Children worked in pairs to design and construct a working vehicle for the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station.

Children’s Mental Health Week

This year’s theme is ‘Know yourself, grow yourself’. During this week we helped to equip and empower the children to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them.

STEM Week

As part of our whole school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) we welcomed Bright Sparks into our school to lead some hand-on science activities linked to this term’s curriculum.  Workshops included Seasonal Changes, Animals & Humans, Rocks, Fossils & Volcanoes and Living Things and Habitats.

Christmas Celebrations

Our School Choir

Our School Choir performed at the Oxfordshire County Music Service Big Christmas Sing event in Oxford with many other primary schools. The Choir also performed at the Carols by Candlelight Service held at St Faith’s Church in Shellingford.

Children in Need Appeal 2024 – Dance-A-Thon!
