On Friday 27th May we held a School Open Afternoon and welcomed parents and family friends into the school to view it as a ‘working school.’ The whole school had spent the day focusing on RE and considering a big question: ‘Do angels exist?’
Big questions don’t have an easy answer as we found out and it provoked much thought and debate amongst pupils, staff and parents! The children made enquiry posters, produced Top Trumps Angel cards and also designed their own guardian angel. The children were really proud of their classrooms and enjoyed having an opportunity to ‘show off’ their learning and skills to others.
